Specifically we will store: your name, address and e-mail; any correspondence between us; and any transaction information, such as an Amazon order, an invoice, or confirmation of a PayPal payment.
Because we use PayPal and/or Amazon we never have to store your financial details (e.g. credit card, debit card or banking information).
We never buy personal information from third parties, so we only store information about customers or about people who have contacted us.
We retain this information for as long as necessary to meet our accounting requirements and our obligations to government agencies such as HMRC and Companies House.
When we no longer need to retain this information it will be shredded, physically or digitally, and disposed of responsibly.
We will only contact you in response to an enquiry, an order, or if you have confirmed that you wish to receive news from us regarding new stock, catalogues, etc.
We do not use Google analytics and we do not provide any data to third parties.
